Apricot Kernel Carrier Oil

Armeniaca vulgaris, Prunis armeniaca (Family, Rosaceae) - USA - This nut oil, from Asia, is another oil used as a carrier. Good for the skin, especially for sensitive or mature skin and those with dry skin. Helps calm the inflammation / irritation of eczema and dermatitis. Combines well with an equal amount of St. John's Wort Oil (Hypericum) for an enhanced anti-inflammatory and cooling effect. For Mature skin 5% Borage is recommended. Do be cautious when using all nut oils as some people have allergies to them.
